Our office hours are as follows:

        Monday:  8:00 am – 6:45 pm
      Tuesday:  8:00 am – 4:45 pm
 Wednesday:  8:00 am – 4:45 pm
     Thursday:  8:00 am – 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm – 6:45 pm
          Friday:  8:00 am – 4:45 pm
    Saturday:  9:00 am – 12:00 pm

Where do I go if I have an emergency situation and you are not open?
If you have an emergency outside of our business hours, we recommend that you contact one of the emergency facilities listed below. Each location is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Do you accept walk-ins?
Our veterinarians see clients by appointment only.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept Care Credit.

Do you offer payment plans?
Airport Veterinary Hospital does not extend credit or accept payment plans. Payment is due in full at the time that services are rendered.

We do accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and also Care Credit, which clients may apply for to help cover the costs of veterinary care for their pets. You may apply here at the clinic, by phone, or online.

Do you accept pet insurance?
Yes! We accept most major pet insurance policies, but we recommend VPI Pet Insurance. For more information on VPI, please click here.

What types of animals do you treat?
Airport Veterinary Hospital treats cats and dogs only.

Are you accepting new patients?
Yes! We always welcome the opportunity to offer our services to new clients and their pets! We look forward to meeting you soon!

Do you board animals?
We are not offering boarding services at this time. For a list of recommended boarding facilities, click here.

Do you offer grooming services?
We do not offer professional grooming services at our facility. We do perform nail trims, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, shaving of matted fur, and routine bathing for our clients’ pets.

Please note that pets must be current on vaccines and have had a comprehensive wellness examination by one of our veterinarians within the last year in order for our staff to provide these services.

These services are offered by appointment only.

Do you crop ears or dock tails on dogs and puppies?
Airport Veterinary Hospital does not perform cosmetic ear crop or tail dock surgeries.

At what age do you spay/neuter animals?
The veterinarians of Airport Veterinary Hospital perform most routine spay and neuter procedures for pets between 4 and 6 months of age.

Surgeries for kittens (including declaw surgeries) can often be performed as early as 3 months of age.

Do you “take in” stray animals or offer adoption services?
Airport Veterinary Hospital is a veterinary medical facility. We do not offer adoption services. We recommend that stray animals be taken to an appropriate shelter or adoption facility for care and home placement.
